This is an opportunity for an Ad Operations Manager to take charge of a high performance online operational team.
The Ad Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- The day to day management of the Ad Operations team, including training and developing technical abilities.
- Establishing and managing efficient processes for trafficking, campaign management, inventory forecasting and management reporting.
- Managing relationships with the ad server and rich media providers and will work very closely with the Technical site development teams.
- Being focal point for Ad Operations team, i.e. escalation point, take responsibility for high standards of QA, ad server integrations and working direct with clients.
You will have solid experience in digital ad operations and team management from a role either within an ad network, publisher or a digital agency. You will have extensive knowledge of 3rd party ad serving technology, strong team management skills and an ability to evaluate, scope and smoothly implement business wide product changes.
