With an aggressive expansion planned and a strong wholesale arm, this leading casual fashion footwear retailer is looking to further establish itself in the Australian market by bringing on a passionate, talented area manager.
Managing between 4 and 6 stores you will be required to:
• Manage, recruit and train staff
• Implement sales plans and achieve KPI’s
• Lead from the front!
The successful candidate will:
• Be a passionate “career” retailer
• Have extensive store or area management experience
• Have a great eye for visual merchandising
• Have the ability to sell street wear products
You will be a self motivated, fashion savvy individual who is goal oriented and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
