Brief It Right

Getting it right starts from the beginning.  We spend the time and effort up-front to make sure we understand your needs. We explore the selection criteria of the role you’re looking to fill, considering all aspects of your ideal candidate's personality and cultural fit.

Strategy

We’ll recommend the best recruitment strategy based on your timing and financial expectations. Where we agree to search a wider audience,  GXYSearch will assist with artwork, copy and placement of advertisements designed for maximum exposure and targeted results.

Interview Techniques

At GXYSearch we use behavioural interview techniques. As well as our well-honed intuition, interviews also include our specially designed questionnaires to assess for personality attributes and cultural fit.

How We Present

All shortlisted applicants are presented in a "Candidate Report".  This outlines a candidate's technical ability,  personality profile and cultural suitability for the role.

Reference Checking

A candidate is only recommended after two in-depth reference check interviews.

Psychological Testing

Psychological testing can be arranged if requested.

Offer of Employment

We know from experience that clear communication is critical to ensure the same financial and professional objectives of the client and candidate are met.  GXYSearch can assist a company in reviewing their employment contracts.

Post Placement Follow Up

Finding the right candidate for a job is not the end of the process.  We follow up with both the client and the candidate in the first three to six months to ensure that the placement has been successful.
