Be Concise

• Stick to a maximum of 4 pages
• Try to use bullet points where possible
• Start with your most recent experience and work back
• Short, clear paragraphs make it easier to follow

Sell Yourself 

• Include your achievements and strengths for each job
• Include increase in sales/profits for budgets
• Include any promotions and additional projects

 Must Have's

• Provide dates for each job, job title, who you report to, key responsibilities and key achievements, personal interests 
• Provide tertiary and other relevant qualifications
• Use a common programme that everyone can access eg Microsoft word
• Use a clear format that is easy to read eg arial
• Font size needs to be big enough to read clearly eg 11 point
